About

Hi, I’m Çağrı!

I’m a data analyst working on payment systems and credit card analytics. I turn complex portfolio data into actionable insight that increases customer value and supports strategic decisions.

SAS, SQL and portfolio performance metrics are my everyday tools. Since 2021 I’ve worked at Şekerbank and TEB across marketing, portfolio management, sales performance and analytics teams, and set up the team’s way of working as a Scrum Master along the way.

My focus is measurable impact: getting the right data to the right team at the right time, and tying analysis to business results.

  1. 06/2026 – Present TEB Istanbul

    Data Analyst — Payment Systems Analytics Manager

    • Write advanced SAS and SQL queries for credit card acquisition and portfolio data, and manage data sourcing for analytics end to end.
    • Prepare and organise portfolio and benchmark data for MC Healthcheck processes, and keep data flowing accurately to the teams involved.
    • Handle ad-hoc requests with fast data pulls and query optimisation so business units and senior management can make decisions on the spot.
